Ingredients

1 cup

Whole wheat flour

1/2 cups

Rolled oats

1/4 tsp

Hing

1 tsp

Cumin seeds

1 tbsp

Sesame seeds

Green chillies

1-inch piece

Ginger

1/4 cup

Yoghurt

Olive oil

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

Baking soda

Fresh coriander leaves

Step 1

  • Preheat oven to 180°C; meanwhile, grease a baking sheet.
  • Combine whole wheat flour, rolled oats, hing, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, finely chopped green chillies, grated ginger, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix yoghurt with olive oil in a small bowl; add to dry ingredients.

Step 2

  •  Form a dough; add water as needed.
  • Add baking soda and chopped fresh coriander leaves; knead briefly.
  • Divide dough into equal portions; shape into rounds or flatten slightly.
  • Place on a prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.

15 Minutes

Step 3

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  • Cool on a wire rack; store in an airtight container.
