2 karchi

Yogurt (curd)

330 ml

Cold water

2 tsp

Roasted cumin powder

1 tsp

Salt

1 tsp

Black salt (kala namak)

1 tsp

Black pepper powder

1/3 tsp

Hing

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Step 1

  • Put 2 karchi curd in the blender.
  • In the yogurt mixture, add roasted cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder, hing powder, and fresh crushed mint leaves. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
  • Add cold water to the mixer and blend everything for about 10–15 seconds.
