Ingredients

Water

Cucumber

Lemon

1/4 cup

Fresh mint leaves

1/4 tsp

Hing

Approximate Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Step 1

  • Combine water, thinly sliced cucumber, thinly sliced lemon, and fresh mint leaves in a large jug.
  • Add Hing and stir well.
  • Allow the mixture to infuse overnight in the refrigerator.

5 Minutes

Step 2

  • Stir before serving.
  • Pour into glasses, including some of the infused cucumber, lemon slices, and mint leaves.
