Ingredients

1 cup

Roasted peanuts

1 tbsp

Oil

1/2 tsp

Ghee

1/4 tsp

Black salt

1 tbsp

Cumin seeds

1 tsp

Chilli powder

1/4 tsp

Hing

2 tbsp

Dried coconut pieces

1 tsp

Dry mango powder

1 tbsp

Roasted cumin powder

Approximate Cooking Time: 15 Minutes

Step 1

  •  Heat oil and ghee in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Step 2

  • Add chilli powder, hing, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and dry mango powder.
  • Stir in peanuts and dried coconut pieces.
  • Cook for a few minutes.

Step 3

  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
