Jaggery

1/4 tsp

Hing

1/2 tsp

Red chili powder

1/2 tsp

Cumin powder

1/2 tsp

Fennel seeds

1/2 tsp

Black salt

1 tbsp

Ghee

1 cup

Puffed rice

  • Heat the ghee in a pan over low heat.
  • Add grated jaggery and cook until it forms a smooth syrup, stirring continuously.
